For health and safety reasons, as our products are consumable supplements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We stand by our quality control, but mistakes can happen. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@besupps.com.
To help us resolve this quickly, please include:
1. Your Order Number
2. A clear description of the issue
3. Photos of the damaged/incorrect product and the packaging
Once we verify the issue, we will gladly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
Policy Clarifications
Incorrect Shipping Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and secure shipping address. Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
Improper Storage: We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
